Rick Martin
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Rick Martin joined DecisionOne in July 2005 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In his role as CFO of DecisionOne, Mr. Martin is responsible for the Finance and Administration areas of the Company. He also serves as Corporate Secretary.Mr. Martin has more than 17 years of diverse financial management experience with leadership roles in public accounting, corporate finance and tax management.
He began his career at United Parcel Service, where he served for seven years in a variety of financial management roles. He later went on to work in key financial positions in various private equity-backed companies. Prior to DecisionOne, Mr. Martin served as CFO for Strategic Distribution, Inc (SDI), a publicly traded company specializing in supply chain solutions and distribution services.
