Rick Gray - VP/GM, Canada
Vice President and General Manager, Canada
Rick Gray became Vice President and General Manager, Canada in April of 2006. In this role, Mr. Gray is responsible for Sales and Operations in Canada, as well as ensuring the profitable growth of the Canadian subsidiary via a highly skilled and customer-centric workforce dedicated to meeting and exceeding customer expectations. He has been with Canadian operations of DecisionOne since 2000, serving in various sales leadership roles.
Mr. Gray is a 32-year IT services industry veteran. Prior to joining DecisionOne, he held senior sales and service delivery management roles at Nulogix (now Solectron), Sun Microsystems of Canada, and Wang (now Getronics). Mr. Gray is highly engaged in the IT services industry, recently serving as a board member of CompTIA, and as the current co-chairperson of the services section of CompTIA Canada.
Having studied electronics to become a computer technician, Mr. Gray has continued to enhance his leadership and sales skills through continuing education programs at University of Toronto and York University.
