Our Web site was developed to support secure online ordering through secure socket layer (SSL) technology. All information that you provide during the shopping process is encrypted for your protection. (You'll know that you're in an encrypted area when you see a solid key when using Netscape Navigator or a closed lock when using Internet Explorer.) Furthermore, information provided to us as a result on your online purchase is completely confidential and will not be disclosed or sold to any other party.
You can expect to receive your product pin number via email within 24 hours of submitting your order. DecisionOne is not responsible for incorrect email address information provided by the user. Please contact DecisionOne at the phone numbers listed on the ordered product page if you have any questions.
The list of supported software is subject to change. Names referenced are registered/trademark of respective publisher. For PC Software Support, an incident is defined as one question from an end-user and is considered closed when a reasonable resolution has been offered. For Server Software Support, an incident is defined as one question from a LAN or System Manager and is considered closed when a reasonable resolution has been offered.
DecisionOne Netscape Support covers the troubleshooting of Netscape products. It does not cover third party hardware, peripherals, or other software. Support for other software may be available through DecisionOne's PC Support services, which requires an additional support incident to be established. You should contact the individual vendor for support on third party hardware, peripherals, and software not supported by DecisionOne PC support Services.
Upon calling DecisionOne for support, an incident of support will remain open for four days and/or a reasonable solution has been offered. DecisionOne support services does not guarantee a resolution.
Support does not include pre-installation research, design, or consulting. If the customer needs assistance during the installation, support could be provided, but this would be on a "best effort" basis. Design flaws, hardware and software incompatibilities, OS bugs or communication problems that prevent completion will be pointed out to the customer, but the customer will be responsible for resolving these issues. DecisionOne will not be responsible for resolving any network design issues.
Support does not include support of programming languages, custom applications or network setup. DecisionOne will assist end-users with functionality but will not offer development assistance. Products will be supported for the current release and one previous release only.
Applicable Law
This site is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. DecisionOne reserves the right to make changes to dthis site and these disclaimers, terms and conditions at any time.
