- DecisionOne Delivers On-Site Upgrades, Installations and Technical Support Services at More Than 800 Ryder Field Offices -
DEVON, PA (July 12, 2005) - DecisionOne announced today an agreement with Ryder System Inc, a leading-edge transportation, logistics and supply chain management solutions provider worldwide. Under the terms of this agreement, DecisionOne will perform onsite upgrades, installation and deskside technical support services for PCs and install a web-based infrastructure at Ryder's 800 field office locations in the U.S., Puerto Rico and Canada.
"As part of Ryder's Project, DecisionOne will help implement a web-based infrastructure for the Shop Management System, a part of Ryder's Field Information System that enables technicians to track maintenance and repairs being done on Ryder trucks," says Mike Rogers, Director, Field Operations, DecisionOne. "Once implemented, we will continue to provide hardware support services for Ryder's locations."
