Executive Team
Keith Black
Vice President of Human Resources and General Counsel
Keith Black joined DecisionOne in March of 2007 as General Counsel. In May of 2007, he took on the additional role of Vice President of Human Resources. In this capacity, he has responsibility for the Company’s Human Resources, Payroll and Legal functions.
Mr. Black practiced labor and employment law for national law firms in San Jose, California and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for eight years before joining the legal department of AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals in the capacity of Employment Counsel. Mr. Black then spent several years with AstraZeneca as a Director of Human Resources and Director of Employment Practices.
Mr. Black received a B.A. in Labor and Industrial Relations from Penn State University and a J.D. from Villanova University School of Law.
