Challenge
National Auto Parts Association (NAPA), a division of Genuine Parts Company (GPC), sought a technology services provider that could meet the support requirements of their 6000 retail stores in the United States, Canada, Caribbean, Mexico, and Latin America. Critical qualifications for a new provider included wide geographic coverage, extensive logistics capabilities, and the proven ability to resolve issues remotely paired with the ability to manage and route parts for replacement, and dispatch resources onsite when required
